The Crew
Three positions, one boat, and a gin and tonic at the appropriate hour.
Helm
At the back
Steers, starts and calls the tactics: a Dragon is sailed by three, so the helm often does the thinking too.
Trim
In the middle
Trims the jib and spinnaker, and keeps an eye on the wind and the fleet.
Bow
At the front
Hoists, gybes and drops the spinnaker, calls the line at the start, and handles the mooring.
